请问有经验的，怎么操作？（激活前还是激活后？网上要求还是打电话给客服？等等）

contact with a child？ 老婆也被charge了one count of unlawful confinement of
a child。具体怎么回事网上目前还查不到。

I know the couple well. There is no way in hell the couple would actually do
all this. My guess: they may have a daughter,
and she might have started dating and have sex too early for the couple's
cultural background. It is common that parents would still spank kids at
this age in China (not sure if it's the same now, but when the couple were
growing up, that was common). So perhaps the dad got mad, peeled down
daughter's pants, and spanked. That, according to Canadian Law, is sexual
assault. Then the mom, also mad, prevented the daughter from getting outside
the house, so she would study instead of having sex at an age that is
unacceptable to them. So that is confinement. I'm sorry for the couple for
being unable to understand Canadian laws after having lived half of their
lives in this country, but there is no way this couple would actually commit
a typical child sexual assault and confinement. Also it does not make any
sense the wife would help the husband doing so. I know the personality of
the wife -- if her husband actually committed child sexual assault, she'd be
the first to kill her husband in anger, never mind helping him out! This
is most likely a serious cultural misunderstanding.The couple probably had
good intention but ended up in mess.

haha, you got me. More properly, I used to know them well. I lost contact
them since early 2000's so my memory decayed.
