The authors summarize synthesis of xxx. But, similar reviews on xxx
materials have been reported. Many reviews related on yyy have been
published. zzz based ones are also normal. I cannot understand the important
of this article. I cannot accept the publication.
好惨啊。。。哭晕过去了。。。

今天看到一片文章，做Microarray的，其中的Heatmap不是基因表达量，而是－Log10 P
Value （vs control）来表示某一类的基因的表达量。请问这种表示方式合理么？有
什么需要注意的？对这块不熟，请高手指教。多谢

既然是p value，那就不能是基因的表达量了吧，而是和对照组比较之后的p value了。
反正在我做的这一块（非microarray)是常见的

Heat map can be used to visualize any number.

主要就是觉得在编辑面前丢脸了。。。

我是tsc的，收到OPT receipt一个多月了，还是不能网上track。。。

不常见。有可能是数据不好，比如说作者想要研究的那些基因，control/treat 表达量
都很低，fold change也不大，但是control和treat的标准差很小。假如按照常规的方
法show fold change，作者根本无法claim他/她研究的基因有显著性，很可以啥都没有
，于是就改show log（pvalue），来显示显著性。非常misleading。
