快3岁了，绝大多数时候跟他说话是不听的，说3遍听进去了算好的。想让他干个什么，
很多时候都要吼的。
一点不高兴就摔东西。比如他说睡觉不要枕头，就一定要把枕头扔地上。我拿走都不行
。拿走了还要抢过来再扔。还说，我不喜欢妈妈。还要打我。我又想凶他。。。
实在不想总跟他发脾气，也不想老威胁他关小黑屋。
有经验的爹妈们快教教我这个失败的娘吧。。。
很多时候都要吼的。

如果是严肃的找工作 要。如果就过去看看。了解了解 情况。那就不必了
天冷不是问题。外面套大衣。一般这种FAIR都有专门挂衣服的区域。我参加的几个都有。

是不是说得太多，管得太细，娃有了逆反心理？我觉得大人要管最重要的，有些事情大
人说也是没有用的，娃自己吃了亏才能领悟，说多了娃反而会烦。可以试试，将平时常
念叨的列个单子，将最重要的列在前面，然后从后面减掉一半或1/3。
还有换位思考，想像你就是你儿子，听到你说的话将有什么感受，如何说才能他才更能
接受？
而且你究竟有没有打过他？尽量控制自己的情绪，凶他了，恶性循环，更管不了。平时
多找点让他高兴的事一起做。

就是，只要通电时候不要乱动就没事，加个套子以后温度升高，高温是硬盘最大的杀手。
裸泳最好。

portable harddrive的散热不是个大问题。因为要经常放在公文包里跑来跑去，有个厚
实点的套子还是不错的。。。

Amazon上面多得是。再买几个别的东西，凑够了35刀就可以免运费了。。。话说Costco
卖的还真不错，很多时候买Portable硬盘都是送个好包的，而不是硬盘自带的那个尼龙
口袋。。。

跟孩子一起做事情，孩子找你的时候，一定要耐心、用心、细心、尽心。
孩子会出错，原则的错误不可让步，让小孩明白什么是可以玩笑的，什么是不可玩笑的。出了错，讲过的，该罚就要罚。我的经验是，大多管不了的孩子，其实并未真正被罚过，大多是家长甚至孩子自己找个借口糊弄过去。
吼是没用的，不过是噪音罢了，你的小孩子开始摔东西了，看来你已经没什么威严了。对小孩，不是发脾气，发脾气你就把你和他对立起来了，我觉得小孩子不过是用自己的方式和你交流而已，回到开始，是不是平时对小孩关注不够？
我知道一本书，Scott_Peck写的The_Road_Less_Traveled，少有人走的路－心智成熟的旅程，讲关爱与成长的。有电子版的，中英文都能在网上下下来。
