But the problem is that we have to use different agents. We placed offer on
one of them when it was still private sale. Then we walked away. It seems
that we have to use the original agent for that house if we want to try the
short sale.
We found that agent is not quite honest, so we find a new agent for another
short sale house.
any suggestion?

有LEASE的话,不能再找另外的AGENT吧

Short sale could take up to 9 mo for result--my last client s/s was declined
after 9 mo. so not always approval--don't count on it 'til you see
approval
whether using same agent on multiple offers involves an diff issue--"
procuring cause".
simply put, who introduces you to the prop the 1st time gets the credit--
there's more details to this topic but generally, stick w/ the same agent on
prop he/she showed you to avoid potential disputes.
