现在在University A 工作，8月份要传到University B 工作。A这边的H1B6月底到期，
但是合同可能5月中就结束了。在3月份已经申请了H1B transfer，现在还没有approve
，请问是不是合同结束就out of status，要回国了?对H1B transfer有影响吗？谢谢!

因为是在大学工作,所以只能8月份开始工作

为什么淡化?
做的是哪国军方的项目？

No worries, as long as you receive the receipt for h1b transfer package
first, then start second job. That is ok de.
The only problem is that when they review your h1b transfer package, they
will want your most recent pay stub. If they do not deem what you provide is
most recent, then you will get a conditional approval. Meaning you will go
back to china to get a visa stamp and come in.
My coworker just did that as she could not provide pay stub. She does not
have pay stub as she was paid cash...And everything worked out.
So dont worry enjoy the new job and good luck with everything!

是美国军方的项目。
同问“为什么淡化”？怎么淡化呢？

若是美国军方的项目当然要强化了，不但要强化，你还要想办法吓唬吓唬IO，不给
你GC可是不符合美国的安全利益的。
