最近Cell被拒，奇怪的是，editor的信里表示送了3个reviewers，但是只给我们看了
reviewer2#，和3#的意见，没有给出头一个reviewer的意见，这是神马意思啊？
此外，信末尾有一句话，I do want to emphasize, however, that this is not
intended to imply a lack of interest on our part in either your work in
particular or this field in general, and we hope that you will continue to
consider Cell for future submissions.请问这是让resub的意思么？
