yes. since getting the median is O(n) and you can you the median to do
partition.

BGI is good. I'm currently doing 21 RNA-seq samples with them.
So far the pricing is good. Turn about time kind of depends on your payment
speed...

you mean use that worst case O(n) get_median() algorithm? cool.

我在UT一个NGS Facility 负责测序工作。不敢在这打广告。就想说一声，我们是学
校的，建库和测序都做的很好。我们有两个大的测序合作伙伴，以前他们都送到BGI
做。和我们做后，对我们的工作很赞。价钱上很公道。如果BGI许诺$2000 拿到120M
PE reads, 我们一般是$2200 或再低一点（取决于测序量），拿到180M PE reads. 我
们不是象BGI 工厂化，所以对待project更精细一些。

Although in practice O(n)-median algorithm carries a large constant so will
likely defeat the small constant advantage of quick-sort compared to other O
(nlogn) sorting algorithms.
