最近一个同学帮我内推了一份简历，然后得到电话面试机会。公司在上海。非常著名的
制药公司。我想回去，博后四年。
周日晚上进行了50分钟的电话面试，面试时我说了一个project，估计年底完成。

complete the current training, and your projected timeline of early next
year for a next-level position is reasonable.

一般面试你就说立刻可以开始，然后在讨论细节。
这个明显是因为你不能立刻开始，就决定考虑别人。公司又不是实验室，不会等你完成
现在的project的。

我也没有说非要完成这个project才走人。还没有和我当前老板说这件事情。综合考虑
目前实验室状态和家庭因素，对我来讲，年底走人是最好的计划。
我感觉他们好像对我兴趣不是很大，估计机票都要我出。不过我对这份工作非常感兴趣
，是我未来很理想的一个位置。

甭管对方怎么想的，自己的态度表达出来就好，等对方回覆后也能省去很多猜测。

国内药厂招人都是恨不得你第二天就上班的。
而且因为很多人接了offer不去，或者拖着他们，借口都是美国有事，所以他们对这个

你如果真的感兴趣，就赶快联系HM表达诚意。当然onsite面试很可能你自己出机票旅馆
钱。国内这方面很穷酸的。
