我投了一个什么专业都招的职位，电面的时候说工作就是那种飞来飞去给客户答疑，感
觉做电面的时候做的很不好，不知道为什么让我下个礼拜在LOCAL的一个学校去做笔试
，EMAIL里是这么说的：a math general skills section and a logic/problem
solving section
请问板上有人做过这样的测试吗？这个该怎么复习准备呢？是不是把GRE的数学，逻辑
拿出来翻翻？

我已经住着了，是想贷款拿点cash出来。
appraisal做好后，说是房子很多地方油漆脱落，不符合FHA贷款的条件，要把这些修好
才行。
请问有没有人知道有什么办法能简单，便宜的暂时修理一下，能应付过检查的？

先问一个问题：你当初贷FHA loan的时候，他们没做appraisal么？FHA一般只要求付3.
5%的down payment，你是不是付了10%以上的down，然后想要拿出这部分的cash？
其实看了一个你照片中的两个部分，还好了，不算很严重。窗台那儿，先把砂纸打磨一
下，然后刷上一点漆就能盖住了。墙角那儿可能麻烦点儿。

这么一说让我压力更大了，万一真没过可怎么办呢

用cash买的房子，现在想拿点出来。
刚才把窗台上了层白色的primer， 看起来似乎已经差不多了。
墙角那儿准备明天用补墙的kit弄一下，比较烦的是不方便弄颜色，估计要留很多白色
补丁在墙上了。 ：（

确实有压力
没拿到onsite就回家面壁3月

看LZ描述应该是PM… 题目确实很简单，如果没提coding的话，不需要什么准备，随便
做做等着免费旅游一趟吧

呵呵，原来是这样。FHA还能做这种cash out refinance啊？
我看墙角那块也不大，你要不然买点儿那种帖在墙上的装饰，把它遮盖住就行了。appr

什么是PM?应该不会有CODING，因为我根本就没有编程的背景

i was perfectly happy with Epic.
But the up-est management was confused; they started believing in fantasies/
lies they created (e.g. why is staying in middle of no where is a good
choice. why hiring people with no experience is good choice)

They ACTUALLY believe in those fantasies.
If they say, we want to keep it cheap. that's fine with me.
But, no. They say "it's better this way".
Who are they kidding?
They expect people with no software development experience to be trained for
3 months and to have no DOA in the future?
I saw a lot of people struggling over trivial problems there. Instead of
giving them more time to develop, Epic simply give them the boot.
I was disgusted by that, especially when they did that to people who were on
H1B.

developers are now at amazon, microsoft, or google.
