Theoretically yes, but practically we saw RFEs on this board.

那一起寄的话可以用不同地址吗？主要是为了打指纹方便。

当然不同地址啦。其实应该可以分开寄。RFE不是因为分开寄，是因为不再一起。

They often question the marriage validity in 485 evaluation, if the
addresses are different, not just whether the applications are in the same
mail-piece package.
Well, the trade-off is either a convenient mailing/FP or a "potential" RFE
and/or interview.
If the time is not so critical, RFE is not so bad, either. Also, here's just
my speculation, whether LZ can provide some voluntary evidences of a real
marriage in 485 application, just so to avoid RFE. This is completely my own
babbling, and I am not sure whether the IOs may feel pissed off to see
something that is not required.

LD's and my 485 were processed by an attorney contracted by LD's employer (
we did't have to pay a penny, so we didn't DIY). LD is in East coast (TSC
area) and I am in mid-west (NSC area). The attorney's office filed both case
in one mail to Texas Lockbox and and both cases were assigned to NSC and
got LIN*** numbers.LD's EB1B 140 approved in TSC. Both received FP notice a
few weeks ago and did FP locally in separate cities.
