最近做一点关于肝癌的课题，发现一个现象，某个基因A在肝癌里面高表达，TCGA分析
结合我们自己的样本检测发现，其高表达与copy number gain正相关。把我们自己手里
的肝癌样本按有无肝炎病毒感染史进行亚组分析，发现在HCV 相关的肝癌组织中该基因
的拷贝数明显升高。接下来我想研究HCV是如何增加这个基因的拷贝数的，并打算申报
17年的国家自然基金，但是没有一点头绪，请大神们赐教。小弟最想搞明白的是，基因
拷贝数扩增的机制是什么？有什么关键的通路或者分子？第二，有无HCV促进某一个基
因的拷贝数扩增的文献，我找了一下没搜到，大神们有读过的话请发个链接。
