要求提供evidence:
要求提供letter证明employer offering the beneficiary a permanent research
position in the beneficiary's academic field.
想问问大牛，怎么样描述才是证明是permanent position阿？
Please submit evidence to establish the following:
the petitioner employs at least three persons full time in research position
? 这个看来好办，
and the petitioner has achieved documented accomplishments in an academic
field.
公司在工业界，怎么样才能证明公司在academic field有documented accomplishments
呢？这个是不是要公司的HR出什么证明信，要提供什么样的证据呢？礼拜一要问问公司
的HR,想听听大伙的建议，盼有经验的好心人建议。泪求....
文件都是公司律师准备的，是不是律师少交了什么doc才被REF啊？郁闷...

The genome is 80% AT rich.

直接说是permanent的不就行来吗？还需要怎么描述？

80% AT rich的话，我觉得关键是看采用什么技术而不是什么公司。
80% AT rich我觉得用Illumina估计结果不太好，用PacBio应该会测序结果更可靠。但
我没有实际的经验，都是看文章的结果。搞测序的同行一起讨论一下这个话题？
做PacBio测序的公司和core facility有不少，如果你需要的话，根据你的测序量和时
间的要求，如果你需要，我可以给你推荐几家。

Thanks for your reply? Could you recommend some companies? I am in
Philadelphia. I know BGI has a branch at CHOP. I just want to consult a few
companies before spending thousands of dollars.

I can give you a couple of companies and core facilities to have an idea
about the prices. For example, the pricing at duke is available here:
https://dugsim.net/estimate_cost
Different facilities or companies may have different services and pricing
and you might need to send email or make calls to inquire. Just choose the
one fit with your budget.
But without knowing the details of your project, it's very hard to make any
specific recommendations, especially what types of technologies, types of
library preps, number of replicates and amount of data you need for your
project.

very interested in sequencing of the AT-rich sample.

And it's always a good idea to consult with a bioinformatician or a
statistician before you start your project.
