i have an apache server which takes long time to get the up-to-date files. E
.g., i changed a java script file, if i access the file form web, it is
still the old file. can you help me?

清除一下你的浏览器的缓存试试。

most likely it is the browser cache problem. if problem does not go away
even after you manually clear cache, then try to restart apache service.
