What am I doing wrong?
Okay, I’m tired of beating around the bush. I’m a beautiful
(spectacularly beautiful) 25 year old girl. I’m articulate and classy.
I’m not from New York . I’m looking to get married to a guy who makes at
least half a million a year. I know how that sounds, but keep in mind
that a million a year is middle class in New York City , so I don’t think

我觉得虽然婚姻确实有一些business和成分，毕竟你签了这个“合同”，于是有了很多
义务和权利，但是婚姻是不能当成一个business来做的，至少一开始不能，离婚的时候
可以仅当business来做，嘻嘻

I would be interested to know how this girl would respond. I'd suggest she
go like this:
The markets are sometimes not in equilibrium or in less than perfectly
efficient conditionas, therefore not all assets are properly valued.
Not all successful traders would have to take a long position. You may short
successfully. Those contrarians or outside-of-box thinkers are more
interesting...
Leases are not always a better deal comparing to buys.

Very weak argument. Leasing may not be a better deal once in a blue moon.
But there is no need to take risk to hit such a long shot. If leasing is a
better option in 99.99% situations, then take it as it is. Don't do stupid
things and ruin what you can have.
You want to think out of box to maximize your real benefit. You don't want
to think out of box just because "think out of box" sounds cool.

Seems this guy does not say anything about game theory.
At least he is right on one thing, if you want to have sex
with good-looking women as many as possible and if you upside
is high, it would be a very bad idea to get married, even
with a beautiful one.

assuming that there are enough beauty around and they will sleep with you
without your commitment to marriage.
that's why i said it's just supply & demand.
since there are a lot of beauty around, and they are willing to sleep with
you and have casual sex, if you are rich, you have the freedom of not have
to married to a beauty but have sex

Hehe. Yours were not that strong. Describing someone as a person thinking
out of the box is by definition a subjective and perceptive thing...dude.
Leasing is not always a better deal. Understanding this is key to having
sound business decisions. Trying to defend something that you were just
recklessly confident about is pointless.
