Background:
25 year old female
Working experience:
currently working in an IT company as Software Engineer in an American
International company in Australia for almost a year. Previously, i have
worked for the Australian government for a year.
Degrees:
Master of Computer Science. (Australian)
Double Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering and English Language(Chinese)

you have no idea how tough work environment is for a fresh MBA grad.
I'd rather be a happy programmer than a paranoid comepetive bitchy business
manager.
to be honest, you need to prove how competitive you are. I know how things
work in Aus.

Although i don't know how exactly tough it could be for MBA grad, I am
determined and believe i am able to handle all the difficulties. So
staying to be as a software engineer is not an option for me. Thanks for
your concern though. If i really just want to have a comfortable life, i
could just stay in China get a job, marry to my ex, have a baby, rather than
came all the way here alone, finished full time master with two part-time
jobs and slept 5 hours a day for months.

i am a MBA from good Australia school, and i have seen some MBAs from
Australia in new york city as well.
the problem is that the Australia MBA may not be so great here as you wished
before. you should show your quality in front of others from MBA school in
USA. results are depended on yourself...you may be better or not.
but i get the real stories, the OZ MBAs from good schools enter wall st
finally...

May i ask more detail of the real story you know? And what quality they
value the most for MBAs in Wall Street in your opinion?
