总听人说part-time MBA没用，一定得读full-time. 可是西北大学part-time MBA的简
介中说part-time 的课程设计，授课老师，及最终拿到的学位和full-time是完全一样
的。只是读part-time 需要的时间长些。
希望能在这里讨论讨论。谢谢！

你觉得，北大光华管理科学硕士，和北大xx学院管理科学硕士差别大么。。。。。。

我觉得拿北大来比没意义。西北part-time要求的学分和full-time是一样的。而且申
请的时候part-time GMAT要求的分数并不见得比full-time低多少（平均690）。我是
认为无论读full-time还是part-time都得看学校，不能一棍子打死。

part time对career changer没有很大用处.因为career service的资源可能没有full
time 的多.但对于non changer来说,应该是一样的.

mba有一个用途是拿来混关系的。parttime在学校时间太少

The difference is that the least important for a full time MBA student is
grades, while the most important for a part-time MBA is grades.

I guess he is assuming parttime student will get less networking
opportunities than fulltime students, therefore grade becomes the most
important thing?

看学校了，有的学校part-time MBA 不能参加recruiting,但是有的可以。
得具体看。
总的来说，要switch career, part time比较难。但是也有成功的。所以还是case by
case,看你愿意下多大的功夫了。

你理解能力太低了吧，有些学校规定part-time的MBA是不可以和full-time的MBA一起参
加job fair的。

据我所知并不是所有人都能读part-time的，首先是地理条件的限制，其次是得得到公
司支持。

能读也别读，一拖就3年，加上公司学费协议不能马上跳槽。full-time一年就出来了，
什么都赚回来了。

其实我见到的parttime mba switch career的都成功了，不过他们都是读的最好的几所
学校之一，很多人自己付的学费，就像你说的下的功夫也比较大。

差别大了
part time性质决定了学生都是大部分是附近的人，pool有限，标准低，
学生里烂人偏多，碰到过不是一两个

From my experience (part time top 10 MBA):
The only and real difference is internship opp.
I tried to get into IB. IB doesn't hire outside internship pool.
I got into a financial firm for 1.5 yrs and then went into a mid office in a
top IB. That costs me two years time. If you want to go to wall street or
top consulting. Go full time.
