I'm currently a part-time student in Kellogg and just finished my recruiting
this year, and have some inputs that you guys may find helpful about MBA,
part time, job hunting and Kellogg.
There are couple things important in b-school: the knowledge you learn, the
people you interact with, the career opportunities you have, and the brand
and alumni network you carry on (through your whole life).
I would put the knowledge you learn as the most important thing because in
the short term, it benefits

认真发的帖子有人看没人回，偶实在看不过去了。
同意楼主，偶在准备nyu的part time。大家准备part time的，别费时间去争论和full
time有啥不一样。工作中也有大量networking的机会。。。

gpa没你说的那么重要吧.好多学校都有non-disclosure政策的.不让招人的公司问.

Nothing special. I just applied Kellogg first, got the offer, and then was
lazy to apply for GSB. Fortunately, found myself fitting pretty well with
the culture.

That's true, such as Chicago GSB. But think about this, students with high
GPA will put that on the resume as well as the application anyway - what
will the companies assume for others?
