第一集为巴尼感动了一点点。还有头一次发现STAR WAR原来对美国小孩也是同样的有吸
引力呀。
第二集好象在讽刺时弊，把银行作为一个讽刺对象。本来嘛，上一季都已经在讽刺使用
信用卡了，银行被拿出来恶搞是迟早的事儿，不知道下一回合会不会还把房子的事儿也
扯进来，对了，上一季已经开始了。
发现ROBIN变黑了，是不是夏天出去晒了太阳变成这个样子，比她上一季从南美归来还
要黑

无论做consulting或者其他任何business,
领导和说服的能力都是必不可少的.
在美国,和一群美国人做project,
不设计科研技术,讨论过程中,
如何让你的想法被大家接受,
或者如何让你来整合大家的想法,
中国人怎么做到?
除了语言, 还有好些其他方面的素质可能被忽视了.
MBA这方面的锻炼多些, 平时上课的team work都是训练的机会.
大家(MBA, professionals)有些什么体会?

no specific medication to treat this since it's irreversible, mostly it is
being treated as obstructive disease

I was in a team with an asian american (mba class) and he keeps putting off
his work and waste meeting time chatting with asian girls in the library. He
judges everything on every case studies and won't ever shut the @#$% up. I
was ready to punch his eyeballs out by the end of the semester, thank god it
's all over now.
Another horrid story is this lazy chinese girl who writes junior high school
level english and never take advice to change some of her paper. I was so
pissed and bitched to my pr

Your inputs are interesting, but what you described are more like negative
samples.
What if your teammates are not jerky, but just have different opinions.
How you convince them?

Especially when sometimes Americans tend to agree with each other more than
foreigners, even though their logic does not sound ridiculous but is just
not in line with yours.

if the logic is not right, you go through the logic with them
what's more important, especially working in teams, is to
make the team room fun and motivate your team. Talking jokes,
giving credit when credit is due, etc. are all important things
to do.

If your coworkers are reasonable human beings, just go through logic, layout
your intuitions in an easy to understand manner. sometimes you may have to
compromise a little bit.
