Basically, you can't let other parties know what they will tell you.

you can take a look at their NDA and determine whether its scope is okay
with you. you certainly don't want any NDA to restrict your business in your
own rights.

Matter of fact, NDA is very much wishful, as long as you won't disclose
things in writing to third party, no one can really enforce it
