1. 个人因私购汇
因私购汇业务包括出国游、港澳游、商务考察、自费留学、探亲会友等18个品种。
在购汇标准上，居民出国可每年等值购汇20000美元。从2007年起，据说中国公民的购
汇上限提高到50000美元。
居民留学在办理个人因私购汇时，需携带护照、签证等相关资料。
2.汇款方式总结
2. 1 普通电汇
普通电汇是最常见的汇款方式，其优点在于：可选择汇款的地点多；
汇款金额不受限制，柜面现钞汇款最高为1万美元（需核实？？）
普通汇款需要一定的手续费，个人汇款需支付汇款金额的1‰，最少每笔20元人民币，
最高收取500元人民币。另外，对于汇往港、澳的个人汇款，收取80元电报费，
港、澳以外的国家收取120元电报费。
普通汇款一般2天可到达对方账户内。
2.2 银行转帐汇票（支票）
中国银行提供花旗汇票托收业务，客户可携带汇票接去国外汇兑。或是中国银行提供美
元支票，但必须注明接受人的银行，帐号，接受人的信息，汇款人可将支票寄到国外接
受人，由接受人在当地的银行兑现。中国银行大概收0.4-0.5%的费用。收款银行是否收
费可查询你的银行。
银行转帐支票大约花3天到帐。

Application Locks & Multi-task Scheduling
In a highly concurrent large scale data processing/ETL system, there might
be more than hundreds or thousands business processes solving same or
different problems waiting to be executed. Running them concurrently with
proper degree of parallelism is the key to generate better throughput. In
such systems, most of the time, launching one or more processes have to wait
for the completion of multiple other concurrent processes. Scheduling them
can be complex.
Application lock, the same mechanism SQL Server uses to manage concurrency
of processes, which has also been ignore for more than a decade, can help
simplify the design of multiple task scheduling systems that create mutex
and semaphore, signal one or group of processes from another process, as
well as arrange processes to run in a desired order. Join me and discuss!

在公司里C/C++工程师需要懂java,javascript,PHP,或python吗？
（1) 工作面试C/C++工程师的时候，知道java,javascript,PHP,或python有用吗？
（2）公司里遇到GUI或者web server方面的编程一般要C/C++工程师自己编，还是有专
门的GUI,web engineer来编？

2.会计博士除了做faculty,进工业界多吗？一般刚开始进去是什么职位？是不是没有从
四大回到工业界的会计硕士们有竞争力？
