上海中科高等研究院招收博士后研究人员启事
上海中科高等研究院，是以上海经济可持续发展的需求为导向，以增强自主创新能力为
基点，以多学科交叉为依托的高技术领域的应用研究与人才培养机构。
根据科研工作发展需要，2011年我院拟联合招收多名博士后研究人员。现将有关事
宜说明如下：
一、招聘需求及条件
二、应聘流程及提交材料
（一）申请者如实填写《上海中科高等研究院博士后研究人员申请表》（下载地址：http://sari.ys168.com/），并将电子版发送至q***[email protected]信箱（邮件主题请标明“姓名＋博士后申请＋应聘研究方向”）。
（二）我院对申请者进行资格初审，并通知初审通过者将出具好相关意见的《上海中科
高等研究院博士后研究人员申请表》一份随同如下材料邮寄至我院：
1、身份证复印件；
2、学历、学位证书复印件（应届毕业生提供在读证明）；
3、能反映本人业务水平的材料，如成果鉴定证书及其它获奖证书、已发表文章复印件
或文章录用证明、专利授权书及博士学位论文等；
4、脱产从事博士后研究工作证明材料（在职工作以及具有现役军人身份的人员申请从
事博士后研究工作的，应提交其工作单位或者所在部队同意其脱产从事博士后研究工作
的证明材料及出站后的分配意见）。
（三）组织初审通过者进行面试考核。
（四）确定拟进站博士后人员名单，按国家和我院相关规定办理进站手续。
三、时间安排
考核时间安排以通知为准；我院招满合适人员时报名截止，具体以我院网站通知为准。

married couple file jointly as living in different states (otherwise too
complicated for state tax)
how about dependent?
each individual for one-half of the dependent Tax Credit? or either one can
take full credit and none for the other one ?

本人明天会被通知被裁，具体term现在不知。下面是我的大致情况：
H1b　到今年１０月满６年
I94　２０１１年１０月到期
PERM audit, 所以劳工卡还没拿到
Single
这种情况被裁可能再找工作做H1 transfer么？　还是只能转成F1或回国？
十万火急，恳请帮助！！！

H-1B expiration date shall be same as I94. so you must renewed your H-1B
already. if that is case, you can possibly do H-1B transfer.

楼主得马上找到下家然后马上开始办绿卡，perm申请之前怎么也要准备2到3个月，但是
算上时间根本来不及或者卡的很紧。

H1是renew 到2011/10
但到今年１０月就满６年了
能麻烦你解释一下为什么做H1 transfer还可行行么？

大侠你的意思是我一定要在h1b 满６年前找到新工作并file PERM么？

i think valid h1b beyond 6 years is based on pending/approved L/C, or
pending/approved I140. So even if you find a new job, you still need to
file new perm before your 6 year is up.

Looks like you don't have enough time. To renew H1B beyond 6 years you need
to have LC application pending for more than a year. But, it seems you have
less than 6 months.
I am so sorry that this may disappoint you.

when did you send your perm for the current company? If it was before Oct
2009, you still have chance. I have the experience similar as you.

Actually, if you didn't submit the PERM by Oct 2009, a year prior to your
H1B's expiration date, even if you were not let go by the company, you
couldn't extend your H1B after Oct 2010 and will have to leave the country
for at least a year
