网上有个Turbotax premier 2008 xx，随便都可以google到(tip，加上"下载"两字)。
装上好象没问题，也能update. 不知道有没有被加改，然后所有重要信息被偷传出去。

小型非寿险公司风险分析职位有exam support
面了3个人第一个是HM 第二个是CFO(HM的BOSS) 第三个是COO 没有直接上下属关系但
是将来要
给他 report
跟HM聊了最久有一个小时哥们给我介绍了下他们公司的情况然后就开始海聊聊了他
的大学专业结婚圣诞旅行计划他是DUKE毕业的我们还聊了DUKE特有名的那个COACH

他还从电脑屏幕上面给我show了一下他现在做的活最后哥们问了两个SITUATION
problem
1. give me a project that you at first found a wrong solution and then
turned into the right one
2. give me a situation that you found a creative way to improve
efficiency during working
因为我没有什么正式工作经验哥们说能答就答不能答就算了后面被我想出了合适的
例子他说非常impressive
第二个是CFO HM送我过

以上几乎都是电话面试的问题
精算电话面试都不难多准备几个behavior问题的答案就可以上网了
个人觉得关键就在communication skills怎么样
我本人就是不太善于与人交流很难与面试官互动所以才fail那么多的电话面试

面试穿着：裤子和袜子颜色一样皮带和鞋子颜色一致衬衫要浅颜色最好是白的领带
不能太亮握手要轻重合适
这些是我一个做consulting 天天出差的精算师朋友告诉我的大家应该都知道
从版上获益良多希望这些东西能对找工作的朋友们有点帮助
大家给点祝福啊但愿能拿到今天on site面试公司的offer

sounds good.
it is rare for CFO/COO to ask you about technical problem. a 'fit'
candidate is what they want.
