Lots of universities have it from Reaction Design for little cost. Check
your institute, they may already have it.
If you guys want to hook Kinetics API into your own program, there might be
some monetary issue to resolve, though you may able to get away with it by
using once open source code package CHEMKIN II.
Hope you guys get the hint.
