Does anyone have experience with job interview with BP America? If you can
share the HR problems and the general interview procedure, I appreciate.

HR问的问题一般都很容易吧
期待你的面经
没有面过bp，帮不上忙
shell的话，HR面大概一小时
分两个部分，前一部分是他问问题你回答
后一部分是他说一个题目，你发表看法

all behavior questions;
how to deal with conflict; how to achieve success; how to collaborate with
