搞了这么多年有机合成，到头还是找不到工作。
还是化工好，基本上温饱总不成问题吧！准备念个master，现在就开始准备考GRE。

化工的opening肯定没有有机合成多。。。当然candidate人数可能也少

化工的SALARY也高嘛，相对来说

Over all, ChE is better. My goal is a master degree, three years should be
enough? Otherwise, I may still stay in chemistry field as a postdoc.

2 year should be enough. Heavy course work like fluid mechanics, unit
operation etc..
What area of chemistry you specialize? Organic? Please refer to my post
chemical engineering go downhill

有些自费PROGRAM，一年半就够了
不过MS奖学金名额挺少的，现在看来
