我08年8月F1进入美国，09年10月从opt转成H1B,我的理解是，09年我是non resident,我不需要交social security 和 medicare税，而且我是OPT，所以我享用5000的china treaty。
2010年，我是resident（是么？），H1B，我需要交security 和 medicare税。我的理解对么？一下子多了将近10%的税阿，好多阿，有什么条款，treaty，适用于H1b的么？
如果按照resident test我是non resident，是不是只要H1B，就自动变成resident？
大家都是怎么合法避税的阿？我single,无孩无房，有车。

终于能在term下输中文了，用的是ibus+fqterm+Arch Linux
要在自己的bash profile下加上

fqterm is too old, pcman x is much better

我用的nfsfan ROM 很稳定， 但是也有些问题：
bluetooth explorer 不能用， 不知道为什么，
gps 搜索星星比以前慢了好多， 以前也就10秒， 现在要几分钟
