PD: 06年2月，EB2b， 2010年8月23日交的485.
FP: 10月7日，2010
今天去了infopass,说name check都已经clear,case 在11月23日under officer review
.因为之前交的EB1b被deny了，所以就问了一下之前的case会不会有所影响，被告知不
会，但他也不知道什么时候能approve,居然告诉我1-12年。我都听傻了，说网站上不是
4 months么，又被告知说网上不准，唉，我也没有办法。
上来问问大家，我还需不需要再做一次SR呢？谢谢!

两年的project，已经到期了，东西做了大部分，会怎么样？

Yes!
We had the similar experience... Our PD is 5/1/06. and we went to info Pass.
..we were told the exact same thing!!!
BUT the INFO PASS officer strongly suggested us to do SR...
We came back and filed SR..after one month also, we received a letter from
USCIS dated 10/4/10 (even we filed SR about 30 days ago!!) claiming our
cases are under review and it will make decisions within 60 days!
By end of last week, that "60 days" period ended and nothing happened.
We were so disappoined and was about to file another SR. Suddently /luckily
our cases were approved early this week!
So USCIS kinda kept their promises to make decisions within that 60 days
frame (delayed by 3-4 days)...

谢谢！我后来打电话去做SR,居然不给我做，说是因为我的485是今年8月份才交的，现
在NSC受理到7月16日，所以我还在normal processing time frame. 我说我的PD是06年
的，但他们不管，说485有485的受理时间，唉，我也够背的。

如果有non-cost extension，就可以用余下的钱慢慢做完，否则项目一过期就不做了呗

uscis这个说法是对的, 至少是他们的规定.没有这个规定我们也不会现在等着.
