故事发生在公元307年，东周时期。虽说在东周这个野蛮闭塞的时期，但是科技和文明
已经赶上现在了。猪脚苏秦是个普通的学生生在普通的家庭，蹲马桶的时候被恶搞的同
学将他的头按进马桶后从此失眠了，1年都没合眼。
搞笑的情节有很多哈哈，一呢苏秦为了睡着天天睡在肌肉男抱枕上（莫非是男同。。妈
妈咪啊），还边听着凤凰传奇的音乐，他的老妈正焦急的时候突然跳起广场舞来了，和
他的邻居们。
后来来了个教授给他用摆钟催眠，摆钟里出来个仙女，仙女说了可以实现苏秦一个愿望
。苏秦立马说请治好我的失眠症吧，仙女的回答是不行，太难了。呵呵呵，真为难那给
我金银财宝吧，不行太简单了。提出的要求通通NG真心瞧不起仙女啊！
后天来，疗养院的李耳登场了，疗养院在距离海平面6ooo千里的海底哎。举个他治愈的
案例吧，对幽闭症患者把他家里的强刷成逼真的天空，待在家里就像呆在大草原的赶脚
，患者想要逃跑结果是不知道哪是门而撞墙上了。
后面就是进入疗养院了，有爱怪装癖的人记不住名字了，裸奔症的孙武武，可以说满足
了口味的人群。。

I transferred my HA-tag myr-AKT plasmid into my cells and conducted the
selection of stable cells. After selection, the selected clonies exhibited
AKT expression through the examintion of HA-tag antibodies in Western blot.
Moreover,the fast tumor formation was observed in nude mice implanted cells
expressing myr-AKT. However, currently, when I used these cells (several
passages cell culture) for examining phospho-AKT, upstream signals or

Do you mean you can not get any signal for all these antibodies? Or there is
no difference between your stable cell line and the parental cell line?
