我想找个快速检测isobutene的方法。最好是颜色反应之类的。这儿有个方法。
The chemical screening method is based on the principle that ethylene
reduces palladium chloride in water containing sulfuric acid5) and
the reduced palladium is detected by colorimetry with molybdenumblue. There
were some cases in which ammoniummolybdate was reduced by an unknownreducing
gas formed by certain organisms. To prevent such an
undesirable phenomenon,the reaction mixture was covered with liquid paraffin
in which ethylene dissolves well. Olefins other than isobutene shown in
Table I also generate molybdenum blue.
可是就是isobutene不work，连trans-2-Butene和 4-cis-2-Butene都可以。
