本人postdoc,找faculty中,某NAS院士大牛(就叫AAA吧),不是我老板,但是和老板一起做
一个项目半年了,参与人有三个:我,老板和AAA. 老板基本不见人影,所以平时主要向AAA
汇报,讨论和开会.AAA也是直接指挥我做这做那,(还参加过一次AAA的组会,AAA组还有人
还把我当成新来的了).
申faculty需要找AAA推荐信吗? 我现在已经有3个老板正好,如果AAA的话就纯粹多一封,
而且AAA都不是我老板,这种推荐信有用吗? 我在简历或者cover letter里要提AAA吗?
该怎么写我们的关系,project PI?

Parents are going to see and take care of our 3-month baby in US. Should
they use this purpose as this visit when doing visa interview? Or just say
some other purpose. By the way, I'm in H1 visa status and my wife is in H4.

那个七少奶奶（董洁）的幼子那个小演员很可怜啊。是不是医院收的
没人要的孩子啊。大人都穿几件衣服，不管白天黑夜的场景，小娃娃
都是只穿肚兜，多冷啊。特别是初生的时候，明显是个没满月的孩子，
脖子都是软的，胳膊那么细，腿那么细，被没生养过孩子的年轻
演员们抱来传去，要是有亲生父母的话，肯定要心疼死的。

A strong letter from him is very useful. A lukewarm one has little or
negative effect. You need to guess how well he knows you and to what extend
he wants to promote you.

NEVER NEVER DO THIS; "see" is fine, "take care of" is NOT. Just say they are
visiting your family is enough.
