,对我的直接Manager痛恨之中,在考虑要不要趁机大骂一顿。

differently or better.
What your primary reason is for leaving – pay, benefits, responsibilities,
career opportunities, etc.
What you will be doing next.
Your feedback would be helpful to me to improve the team, our opportunities
and processes going forward.
I’m open to talking about these items versus an email if you’d prefer to
