咖喱，是“许多香料加在一起煮”的意思。用咖喱烹制的菜肴不仅味美，而且有益健康
。因为咖喱含有的香辛料，会刺激唾液和胃液的分泌，能提高人体消化和吸收能力；其
成分里含有的姜黄素还可抑制部分癌细胞，有抗氧化及降低胆固醇的功效。
另外咖喱还能够防止老人痴呆症，统计数字显示, 咖喱的故乡——印度，是全世界
老人痴呆症患病率最低的国家，挺神奇吧。
做咖喱比较随意，想吃什么就放什么，只要喜欢都可以加进去。这回做一份适合冬
天吃的咖喱锅，食材选用了土豆、蘑菇、豆腐和粉丝。
步骤十分简单：先把土豆洗净去皮，切滚刀块备用。锅里放油，下土豆和咖喱粉，
炒香，移至砂锅，加适量水烧开，转小火，把土豆炖烂。再放豆腐、蘑菇和粉丝，烧一
阵，最后用盐调味，放一点香菜就可以吃啦！讲究些的，还可加点椰浆。
