how to choose from two offers: 1) postdoc working with a famous professor
2) RAP in a microarray core facility
background: 1) alrady did 5 years postdoc
2) no green card

This position doesn't sponor green card.
the second offer will work for the whole department of genetics. provide
service for faculty and research fellow. The school and the department are
ranking 200 in the U.S. Green Card is sponsored with this position.
