Sorry type in English.
I am interested in Rewards checking accounts and know the most critical
thing is over 10 times debit card transaction each month to earn that terrific rate.
I wonder what kind of transaction can be sorted as "debit card transaction". How about shopping online and utilities payments with debit card? If so I can divide my AT&T bills into 10 parts and pay every other day. I am sure technically I can do that as I did to get those $30 chase debit card bonus but not sure if AT&T

medicaid各个州都不一样，一般对收入有要求。一般如果父母在美国没有收入，就符合
要求了。父母拿到绿卡以后就可以申请了（有些州要求5年）。　对于马里兰州，没有5
年的要求，不过我打电话，告诉我medicaid只cover emergency。一般是emergency发生
之后再去申请。不包括其他的medical service. 我在网上查到的信息略有区别：网上
说绿卡5年之后可以有FULL　COVERAGE，不到5年的话，只有EMERGENCY　COVERAGE。
不知道什么叫FULL　MEDICAID　COVERAGE。　明白的同学给讲讲
medicare是联邦政府的，　所以州和州之间就没有区别了。　medicare必须要绿卡5年
以后才可能有。　要申请Medicare的话，必须要有SSN。　至于父母没工作能不能申请
SSN呢？电话里告诉我，带上所有的证件到OFFICE去，OFFICE的人会决定给不给。。。

Then 10 time AT&T payments is not a problem for me considering I have family
plan, home phone, U-verse, ...I can divide each into just three or four
parts to fulfill the requirements.

YES。你都不用divide your bill,每次pay $1-2都行....但每24小时只能pay两次

根据大家说的，我的plan就是，因为Bill多少基本知道，那每个月开始时先set up
over 10 times monthly recurring payments with a small amount($10?) in the
rewards checking bank，同时set up an autopay in AT&T to take care of the
rest. 这里分享个实际经验：there is no conflict between manual payment and
autopay. AT&T's autopay smartly only deducts the rest of your bill from your
funding source (not necessary your rewards account!), even zero if your
balance is zero or negative then. 这样大家忙活一次之后，就可以忘记那个每月的
消费要求了:)。
刚给AT&T打电话了，确认即使从bank setup pay

I paid att 30 times last month from two rc accounts and
a few credit cards, a total of just $37, no problem at all
the best practice is pay 1.01, 1.02... so you know how many times you paid

I believe it is still profitable for ATT to keep a customer who
pays in dollars
most rc require debit card transaction (3rd option in att
payment system), do not reveal your bank acct to ATT
this has nothing to do with debit card pay credit card

谢谢纠正，我刚才理解错了。
请问你是选择在AT&T那个界面pay的，还是像我前面帖子说的那样setup monthly recur
ring payment？前者还是太麻烦，每个月都要intervene，而且有之前网友说的那个24
小时两次的限制，多天才能完成。谢谢！

要主动付
你要是像我这样每个月都付20多次，那也就习惯了，让firefox记住卡号
过了一个business day之后，att里面的选项1就变成
"用上次的ATM卡付",然后就很简单了
大概每张卡每天可以付两次，我一天付4次绝对没有问题

Oh, fair enough。。。
估计我说那个recurring payment是通过银行账号而不是debit card payment吧。

my case:
T-mobile
$1.01, $1.02, ..., $1.15, done in 10min, using auto-fill form software
no payment times limit, but same amount can't be paid second time during 24
hrs
even overpayment is possible, ie if your balance is zero, you can still pay
it.

att好像有两种
手机的话只能24小时内两次，金额1块以上就好了
u-verse和dsl以前是次数没限制，但是每笔只能5块以上。不过最近他们好像取消了5块
的限制了
