单位每年组织 United Way 的募捐多少有点强捐的意思，说实话本人并不是很情愿，因
为实在不希望自己的捐款被他们浪费在不该花的项目上。今年发现受益人可以指定为
OCEF，
当年曾经有个和我一样优秀的、非常要好的同学，因为家庭困难不得不上了个县城办的
中专师范，好早日出来工作，养家糊口。从此我俩人生便走上了不同的岔路。。。
在中国的贫困地区，有多少个像你我一样优秀的孩子，因为经济困难，失学辍学，失去
了多少机会。您一两顿饭的开销，也许就可以彻底改变一个孩子的人生和命运。
具体方法是在 Designations 中，
Direct my gift through United Way --> Agency Keyword --> China --> Search
Overseas China Education Foundation 就出来啦，然后就可以指定多少捐款到 OCEF。
虽然这样虽然会被 United Way 收走 5% 手续费，但一举两得既完成了 United Way 的
任务，又让 OCEF 受益。
如果你们单位也有 United Way 募捐的话，大家可以相互转告一下，把钱花到刀刃上。

捐款是自愿的，为什么是强捐？我们通过united way捐有100% match，一分钱当2分钱
用，挺好的。公司鼓励捐款，但完全自愿。
