这个问题怎么理解？b,c肯定对，我看怎么a.d都是不对的？谢谢
Which of the following is NOT true? All licensed engineers may:
a. practice industrial engineering
b. use the title "consulting engineer"
c. use the title "professional engineer"
d. use any engineering title

That is CA take home exam. You should not ask here.....
For sure, "All licnesed engineers may use any engineering title" is
incorrect.
PE-civil can not use SE title.

There is no special PE classification for industrial engineering. Any PE can
do industrial engineering work.
