Sorry for my late reply!
My personal opinions for the future examiners:
1. 1-2 years experiences is necessary, with experiences covered all six
areas in the exam will be much better.
2. Clear about the basic theory of the traffic flow, time, space, queue,
density, and speed relationship and can apply them into the practice.
3. Familiar with the social and institutional issues, organizations and
their programs.
4. Be careful about the traffic control devices, especially for the
hardwa
