You will need have ABET BS degree or ABET MS (or PhD) degree for exam
application.
Also, PE license will not be given to you before you accumulate sufficient
working experience.

大部分情况如此，好像一些学位通过认证的不用。
我也没有拿到证书，在我们这里成绩单就可以了，考试信息都有存档。
