人们经常说理想的男人标准是高富帅，说理想的女人的标准则是白富美。对于
女人来说，有的家境条件确实不好，这并不能强求而得来。但是，白和美却相对容易改
善。而白和美恰恰是女人魅力的所在，高不高其实并不是一个必要的因素。女人看上去
白就是一个绝对的优势，看上去美、有气质也是个绝对的优势，即便个子矮，只要你长
个好脸蛋，皮肤白皙，那也是有一大堆的男人去追的。当然，我说的是国人，如果让非
洲人增白，除非基因突变，他们就是那个样子。
我就曾经见过矮的美女，她的个子已经矮过正常人的水平，但是她长的白而且
好看。她并没有穿高跟鞋，因为白和美已经自动衬托出她的魅力。如果一个女人脸黑，
而她故意穿一个增高鞋；或者一个女人脸丑，故意穿一个增高鞋，这样的视觉效果绝对
是跌人眼球的。所以，女人没有必要穿增高鞋，关键要在白和美上下功夫。买些美白霜
使自己变白，如果这个不凑效的话就选择合适的发型，使自己变得更美。有的丑脸也可
以打扮的很美。这才是王道。

Job Description:
Summary: Provide analysis support for on-going studies of impacts to
generation resources from reduced availability of cooling water. Provide
support for other analyses of availability of generation resources as needed
.
Position Responsibilities:
Under guidance of senior staff, selected candidate for this position will
conduct analyses of cooling water equipment installed at generation
resources and availability of water resources. Using this information, the
selected candidate will develop estimates of possible system impacts in the
event that drought conditions. The selected candidate will have technical
understanding of power plant maintenance and operations and will support
other studies of impacts of system changes on availability of generation
capacity.
Position Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management or
similar quantitative discipline
• Knowledge of water rights management and allocation process in Texas
is preferred
• 2 or more years of professional experience in power plant operations
• Strong communication skills for effective internal and external
communication
• Critical that candidate has complete understanding of power plant
operations
