最近的更新状态是11月9号，case transferred，“On November 9, 2017, we
transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRC1790XXXXXX, to another USCIS office.
That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that
explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the
notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 9, 2017, please go to
www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to
www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
next step写的是“We will assign your case to an officer. We will review
your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will
notify you.”
由于一直没有收到transfer的信，所以在1月初提交了重寄信得申请，状态里有显示为
“On January 4, 2018, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive,
referral number SR100XXXXXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.”
但是迄今为止还是没有收到信，我还有什么可做的吗？有人出现过case转寄丢了的情
况吗？
