In fact would you call it a culture if it doesn't have a language?
Plus I guess you COULD find a culture without music. Depends on how
you define music. Does simply rythm count as music? If yes, then every living
creature has music in its blood veins.

音乐应该是以节奏和声音的高度变化来自娱的一种心理现象。
音乐不等于声音和节奏本身，而是人对其的一种反映。
如果你从声音中得到乐趣，那么它对于你就是音乐，如果相反，
就是噪音。这也就是很多人为什么不欣赏某些类音乐，认为是
噪音，而其他人则爱不释手的原因。
总之，音乐是一种心理现象。
BTW，血在血管里流动的声音不是一种音乐吗？
