不知道发这里合不合适。HSA只有买high deductible的保险才能contribute。那是不是
只有买HIGH DEDUCTIBLE保险期间的医疗费才能用HSA支付呢？
比如说下面情况：
2010年买的PPO保险，对应FSA. 2010年FSA存了$1500。2010年医疗费用有$2500，其中$
1500已付，$1000未付。已付的$1500 claim了FSA.
2011年换成了HIGH DEDUCTIBLE 的保险，对应HSA。HSA可以用于支付2010年$1000未付
账单吗？

治疗方法都一样，美国很少有这种病，所以美国医生的治疗方法也是跟国内一样。但是
国内治疗成本相对很低，无论是打干扰素还是核苷类药物，都可以有一部分医保承担。
但是美国你如果没有保险，30片核苷类药物就要$1000多至少。而且这里的商业保险都
有preexisting的条款，你这种情况保险公司不一定给报销。

那如果将来换回PPO，HSA里面没用完的钱还可以付PPO的医疗费吗？现在买high
deductible保险是因为年轻，不怎么看病。但将来年纪大了，我想还是会换回PPO的。

不用只有从你H1B生效以后可以扣
你可以从老板那要或者从IRS要

不一定，我们这里F1如果来美超过五年了，OPT就要交social和medicare

HSA 的钱，只能付HSA 开始后的 QUALIFIED EXPENSE. 前面的当然不行，基本的常识
。 HSA 后面发生的任何费用，都可以用HSA 报。即使你后面买的保险已经不QUALIFY
CONTRIBUTE HSA了。
