is smaller, and to fundamentally solve this problem, we should make the
US more attractive to the Chinese.
In addition, the reason that currently Chinese gets less spill over is
not because the US discriminates against the Chinese, but because there
are fewer Chinese professionals interested in moving to the US. All in
all, more immigrants from China will be positive for the chinese people
and eliminating country quota will be a positive step for achieving the
higher level of immigration.
