I am not sure you can do that and I don't know someone has did this before either...

it seems that there are some tools which can transfer
unix libs into windows dll files

I did remember once I saw some post about this and someone did it. Try to do a
search on line, such as deja.com or just google.com. You will be surprised
about the result you get.
