topics are popular and highly demanded/highly paid in the US job market.
Recent Ph.D. graduates of COSMOS at IMSE Department got jobs in United
Airlines, American Airlines, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon,
General Motors, Expedia, Washington University in St. Louis (Business School
Faculty), etc.
Located at the heart of the US fourth largest metropolitan areas (Dallas/

不会把你硬盘的文件 *都* share
一般只偷偷share一些个头比较大的文件而已
安全不安全不敢说，反正有点邪的感觉。
我一般99%用 downthemall，极其偶然用一次迅雷。

预计ROW会有跨度很大的跳跃，说实话，我们吃不准Eb3C能不能一直跟住ROW到最后一个
月，至少7月Eb3C能与ROW平齐，我们和游说代表一直密切关注。

的EB3 是不是也要跟着world-row 的排期走，也不能交485，即使每年属于他们的EB3的
2800名额根本就用不完，7% 的国家的名额就更不可能用完，这样的情况还要必须等到

按道理中印墨菲EB3不能超2800，不然ROW可以告。
奥本说墨菲EB1， EB2， EB3总额不超9800即可，其实在EB3上还在搞虚拟的竖向分配(
无实际名额)。ROW是没人告他的。
EB3C也不告，只告短2500，抓住一点突破，不纠缠别的。

那奥本的政策就是在牺牲全世界 98% 国家的申请人的利益去换取 印墨菲3 个国家的好
感。不合理啊，那其他的国家的EB3er 就和我们前几年一样眼看着自己的名额用不完，
还得干等。那我们的官司就很具有代表性。

如果5/7的CUT OFF 数据可信的话,EB3ROW () 应该可以到2004年底或2005年初.
如果停在2004年中,那表示EB3大户(中印非)正在大吃名额.
EB3C如果能跟住EB3ROW就是胜利,进入2004就是小赚.关键是让大使馆的名额能及时退回
,保证排期.并保证有足够EB3C被批.毕竟批准和分配到名额是两回事.
排期到的多骚扰USCIS,让他们赶紧批.

EB3C 02， 03年的CP有不少，那是02/03那批人早，在BACKLOG的多，当时CP快。
实际我估计04年 EB3C几乎就没几个CP的人，因为赶着07年的放水，大家都递485了。
所以要小心别让奥啥还故意预留很多CP名额给04年的，结果又没有用, 影响排期，浪费
名额

墨 is out, 菲 has less demand. The only thing is how many undiscovered cases
in district office. We will keep an eye on it. It will determine how far
EB3 ROW will go.
