大家好，初来此地，不知是不是菜鸟问题，确实做了考古没找到答案。
我（F1）最近随LD（H1）一起file了485，现在想DIY申请一个EAD (I765）。好像听说
如果485已经file了并处于pengding时file I765不需再缴纳$380的filing fee。
但好像没在I765的instruction上找到依据，我的case应该属于(c)(9)eligibility
category，不属于免费的种类。只找到这样一句，“Note: If you filed Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30
, 2007, and you paid the Form I-485 filing fee, no fee is required to also
file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765”.
但这里说的是"as of July 30, 2007"，而我们是最近才file 485的。看版上有人485和
I765一起file的好像也都只提到485的 filing fee $985，没提765还要缴费。请有经验
的前辈指教。
