如题，本人持J1签证，现在在美国。
太太在第三国，准备同时在当地申请J2
儿子6岁，在中国，请问能不能使用中信银行的“14岁以下或80岁以上的申请人提供免面谈代传递服务”？
谁知道这项服务？能指教一二吗？多谢！
以下是服务说明：

中信银行为14岁以下或80岁以上的申请人提供免面谈代传递服务
北京领事辖区内未满14周岁或已满80周岁的申请人可以通过中信银行的免面谈代传递服务向使馆签证处递交非移民签证申请, 无需亲自到使馆递交申请。
14 周岁以下的孩子申请非移民签证时不必亲自到使馆来递交申请。如果父母中至少有一人持有效的美国非移民签证，此年龄段的孩子可以通过免面谈代传递服务申请签证；如果14周岁以下孩子的父母或父母中的一人也需要申请签证，那么可以由父母（或父母中的一人）在前来面谈时同时携带孩子的签证申请材料替孩子一起申请。
80周岁以上（含80周岁）的老人如果申请非移民签证，并且以前从未被拒签过，也不必亲自到使馆来申请签证。
符合以上条件的申请人可以通过中

Your wife will go to pick him/her up in China and come together. Why does

You have not explained your problem clearly. Will your wife bring your son/
daughter and pay you a short visit, while keeping her job in the 3rd country
? Or, she will quit her job and join with you here? In either way, she and
your son/daughter will be present together in China for a longer or shorter
term. I guess the best way is for her to appoint a visit interview in China
and apply hers and your daughter/son's together. Are you sure your father
will explain the story clearly and concisely,

第一是容易被check
如果被check的话，还得返回第三国等结果
然后再回国带着孩子来美国，太折腾了
