I feel the shanghai taxi drivers are very good, compared to what you see in
other countries. They represented our country well.
1. 拒载 -- There are many locations where the drivers are not allowed to pick
up passengers. If they do, they will be fined by Uncle Police. Also, if they
feel they can't communicate in English, they will refuse to take the
foreingers.
2. 英语差 -- Shanghai is not part of America. How many New York taxi drivers
can speak Chinese?
3. 而且涉嫌敲竹杠 -- I haven't seen any such ev
