我不牛。说说体会
1. 可微分convex函数总可以找到全局最优解。SDP的全局最优解不一定能找到。
2. SDP的关键是约束条件以可是任何函数。convex programming的objective function
and constraints都要是convex才行。
3. 能用convex programming解的问题都可以用SDP解。凡是convex programming能找到
的解一定不比SDP差。
一句话：尽量用convex programming。实在不行再用SDP。

进入10年以后劳工部批PERM的速度大为加快，从09年的9-12月飙升到不到半年。我记得
我4月中旬PERM批准的时候还讶异十分。
如此看来，明年应该是排期大潮的唯一窗口了。10年批的09年PD的PERM应该有上万。

Only your lawyer can log onto DOL's website to check the status.
DOL will send an email to your lawyer's email automatically once the PERM
gets approved.

PERM批得快就意味着明年可能没有多少剩余名额了吧。

我倒是觉得现在perm快的原因是perm case 不多，容易处理。
