Sorry, I think the proof I gave was wrong. It does not show the length is 1/N,
and the notion of uniform speed is not well defined --- if it were correct,
the proof could be extended to any rational length, not necessarily 1/N. But
from the second part of his question suggest that it can be impossible for
some length which is not in the form of 1/N. --- Oops.
